WSIU is an American radio platform that is currently working on an FM module and provides broadcasting on the frequency of 91.9MHz. Moreover, the station is based in Carbondale which is the city of Illinois, United States. The channel entertains you with different formats including news talk information and classical music.

WSIU was established in on 15 September 1958 and “Southern Illinois University Carbondale” owns that channel. It’s a B  class network that utilizes 50,000 watts of power for its working. Moreover, it offers its transmission to Southern Illinois, and WSRV is a former callsign of that network.

HAAT is a special term that is used in FM stations, and it stands for Height Above Average Terrain. So, HAAT of that network is 91 meters.
