The history of the channel was started in 1962 when a radio named KRAB started to air on 107.7 MHz. After some time, the owners of the station realized that the radio is about to become insolvent. After few years, the station started a new journey from its new studios in nearby Lynnwood, Washington, on 9th February 1991. After three years in 1994, the channel was acquired by its current owner, “KSER Foundation.” The company reestablished the studios of the channel in Everett and its transmitter in Lake Stevens, Washington.
The broadcaster had a staff of 100 volunteers by the year 2014. Currently, KSER 90.7 is working as A-class operator and airs the programs from News, Talk, and Public Affairs formats.
